Our Wedding Event Set-Up Package

Event set-up involves preparing everything needed to ensure that an event runs smoothly. The events we assist with include proposals, bachelor/bachelorette parties, engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches.

Our event set-up includes the following:

Consult with the client to understand preferences.
Designs customized event ideas and themes.
Coordinates logistics including location, timing, and decorations.
Manages vendors like florists and photographers.
Executes the set up and pre-event coordination.

Please note anything we are required to purchase for the purposes of your event will be charged to the purchaser in addition to the stated service fee. Budgets and fees for any additional purchases will discussed during the consultation call and prior to any purchases being made on your behalf.
